36 MonthsGeneral Nursing and Midwifery (GNM) is a three-year full-time diploma program offered by the West Bengal Nursing Council, Kolkata, and approved by the Indian Nursing Council (INC).
Eligibility Criteria
A candidate should have
- 10+2 with English and must have obtained a minimum of 40% at the qualifying examination and English individually from any recognized board. Candidates are also eligible for State Open School recognized by the State Government and the National Institute of Open Schools (NIOS) recognized by the Central Government. However, Science is preferable.
- 10+2 with English having 40% of marks in vocational ANM course from the school recognized by the Indian Nursing Council
- 10+2 with English having 40% marks in Vocational Stream-Health Care Science from a recognized CBSE board/State/Centre.
- Female Candidates are eligible.
- The minimum age for admission shall be 17 years on 31st December of the year in which admission is sought.
