Post Graduate Program in Human Resource Leadership (PGPHRL) is a one-year full-time postgraduate diploma course.

The course introduces the fundamental principles of Human Resources and Organizational Behaviour by examining psychological theories that provide insight into human behavior at work. The program facilitates learning in modern concepts, techniques, and practices in the management of human resources and exposes the student to different functional areas of management to enhance their effectiveness.

The SOIL PGPHR program presents an outstanding opportunity to explore the critical areas of human resources management along with comprehensive knowledge and understanding of the key functions of management and business.

The major thrust areas are Human Resource Planning, Talent Management, Performance Management, Learning and Development, Compensation & Benefits, Employer Branding, Industrial Relations & Labor Laws. It aims to equip students with the knowledge and skills required for managing HR in a way that contributes to the development of individuals and organizations.

4. The candidate is informed about getting shortlisted by SOIL or not in 14 days.

Eligibility Criteria

A candidate who has passed Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in any discipline from a recognized university.

SOIL- So Learn, So Live, So Lead. An umbrella under which student gets the exposure of unique curriculum, values, industrial mentoring, good placements and much more. SOIL is a temple of learning where we students can achieve their goals. Some of the factors that makes SOIL different from any other B-Schools: 1. Unique Curriculum 2. Experienced Faculty- Teachers were very helpful to students. The way they teach is very good. In our campus, we conduct many events where students can explore their talents. Industrial experts visit the college to share their experience in the corporate culture. 3. External Mentoring- In an MBA course this is essential for the students to have insights about the industry and the processes. By adding external mentoring to the program, students are exposed to various industrial leaders and they get an opportunity to learn from the experiences of leaders. 4. Guaranteed Placements- The college is providing good placements for students, and the college placement cell is also very supportive to students in getting placed. Every year a lot of MNCs are visiting the college for placements. 5. Social Innovation Program- SOIL allow the students to come out of their comfort zone and make a difference in the society by contributing their efforts in a unique way and creating a value proposition.

Social Innovation Program: Students are required to work with an NGO of their choice once a week where they apply management skills to help the NGO grow 5. Mentor-ship program - students are assigned internal and external mentors individually. External mentors are C-suite industry leaders.
