Sri Devaraj URS College of Nursing (Kolar) is a prestigious college offering various nursing courses. Degree wise Admission Process
B.Sc Nursing: A four-year undergraduate program having an intake capacity of 100 students approved. Candidates must have passed 10+2 with science subjects in Physics, Chemistry, and Biology. This may also be determined by marks obtained in the qualifying exam and performance in other relevant entrance tests.
Post Basic B.Sc Nursing: The intake for this program is 30 for registered nurses. The applicants will be required to have a combined diploma in General Nursing and Midwifery (GNM) with valid nursing registration.
GNM (General Nursing and Midwifery): This diploma course admits 40 students. Candidates will be eligible to apply after completing their 10+2 with science subjects.
M.Sc Nursing: The college has specific intakes for several specializations in M.Sc Nursing:
Candidates, for all M.Sc. programs, must hold a B.Sc. Nursing degree and must have obtained at least one year of work experience after graduation.
