First of all you need to knwo that CSE and EC are two different branches for engineering. So you better know what will be the best option for you. 

Comparing these branches then, CSE is a much better branch because of good career prospects in future. But this may

I think SFIT will be better, the exposure one gets in mumbai universities is not comparable. Moreover it is a good branch so go for it :p
