yeah !!with 13k this rank in comedk you will get the colleges like CHIRST UNIVERSITY,PRECIDENCY UNIVERSITY, BMS college.

but i can tell you need to adjust with the branches as its a managble score you have got

i am sorry to say its not possible to get any of the branch in this college as your rank is quite high while atleat you must have 57k to get civil while check out the below link

Both the collages are best as per its affliations and course content.

But if asked for the best then St.Joseph's  is better than Panimalar in terms of reputation and placement.

Although Panimal is under Anna University, St.Joseph's has better course content and pleasant campus life.

There is a wide difference between the fees structure of same college but with two different entrances:

• Through comedk tuition fee is around 1.75 lakh per annum
• Through kcet it's around 55000 per annum.
