48 MonthsBachelor of Technology (B.Tech) in Electronics and Communication Engineering is a four-year full-time undergraduate program recognized by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) and offered by the Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Hyderabad.
Eligibility Criteria
Pass in the Intermediate (10 + 2) conducted by the Board of Intermediate Education, Govt. of Telangana, or any other examination recognized as equivalent thereto, with Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry as optional subjects. The minimum eligibility criteria: At least 45% and 40% marks for candidates belonging to the unreserved and reserved categories, respectively, in the subjects specified taken together at 10+2 pattern.
B. Tech (Lateral Entry) :
The Diploma or B.Sc (Mathematics) candidates must pass the qualifying exam with at least 45% marks, while reserved category candidates have to secure 40% marks.
Admission Details
- 70 % of the seats are allotted based on merit in the Engineering, Agricultural and Pharmacy Common Entrance Test (TGEAPCET) conducted by the Govt. of Telangana.
- 30 % of the seats are earmarked for Management / NRI candidates.
- Based on merit in the Engineering Common Entrance Test (TGECET), under the lateral entry scheme conducted by the Govt. of Telangana.
