SBIT Khammam Facilities Details: Hostel, Campus, Infrastructure, Library, Canteen

The College Library has 62555 Volumes and 8173 Titles in various disciplines of Engineering & Technology and management. Various National and International journals are being subscribed to promote self-study. Several technical journals and the latest research work can be accessed over the INTERNET, which is an added facility. A spacious reading room and a reference section with extensive Reading Material, Newspapers, Magazines, General English, GRE, TOEFL, and GMAT-based texts are also provided. SBIT is a member of DELNET.

The SBIT Khammam provides all sports facilities for students, like a playground and volleyball court. SBIT Khammam sports facilities help students be mentally and physically fit.

A cafeteria, sometimes called a canteen, is a type of food service location in which there is little or no waiting staff table service, whether a restaurant or within an institution such as a large office building or college.

The institution runs non-A/C buses covering all the important points in Khammam City, Yellandu, Kallur, Nelakondaplly, Nayakan gudem, Enkoor, Thatipudi, Tallada, Ravinuthala, Mannegudem with a total seating capacity of students in two shifts.

SBIT Khammam laboratories are well-equipped and are available with the latest technologies. The laboratories are separately available for all the departments.

SBIT Khammam offers accommodations for girls with attached toilets. The hostel facilities include purified drinking water, a dining hall, newspapers, medical facilities, laundry, and recreational rooms.

The college has an auditorium facility for events and seminars. SBIT Khammam Auditorium is well-equipped with lighting facilities, sound systems, and many more amenities.

SBIT Khammam provides students with proper medical assistance. Students are facilitated with a first-aid treatment kit and serious cases can be transferred to the nearest hospital.

SBIT is one of the best engineering colleges in the state of Telangana providing on-campus placement opportunities to diploma, engineering graduates, and postgraduate students. The Training & Placement Cell of SBIT is very active and provides Campus Recruitment Training (CRT) to budding engineers and MBAs to mold their careers as per the requirements of the corporate world. In addition, TPO Cell also provides training on cutting-edge technologies to the students of different branches of engineering.
