The college has a departmental-based laboratories facility for the students.

The college library is fully equipped with numerous books and journals, as well as an E-library and E-Journals available for students. The library is open from 9:00 am to 5:30 pm on all working days and offers photocopying facilities. It houses over 5600 textbooks covering all medical and nursing titles, along with access to 20 journals online through the TNMGRMU E-CONSORTIUM. Students have access to separate sections for textbooks, reference books, journals, periodicals, back volumes, project reports, and computers for their reference.
