The department has all infrastructural facilities required for imparting high-quality education and is structured to meet the present day needs of the society. The department is equipped with excellent laboratories provided with state-of-art facilities. The department has well qualified and experienced faculty, ably supported by highly skilled and competent technicians to undertake testing and consultancy works. It is due to the very good academic environment and due to the excellent teaching by the faculty,that the students of the discipline have brought laurels to the institute by securing the highest ranks in the university. The department also offers various consultancy works to government and private organizations. The Department is actively involved in organizing Seminars / Symposia/Workshops for professional interaction to keep abreast of the latest developments in the field of Civil Engineering. The Department also offers Contact Programs to students of various universities under CCC Programme.
