Vivekananda College offers B.Com. General and B.Com. Accountancy Honours. Selection is made on merit, whereas the B.Com. Accountancy Honours programme has 391 seats available, and the general B.Com. programme permits 244 students.
These postgraduate programmes will allow students to study for an M.A. in Bengali and MA History. Admission is based on merit in the relevant bachelor's degree. Each programme has 50 seats.
Vivekananda College runs M.Sc. Zoology and M.Sc Physics. Admission is based on B.Sc. follow up. The number of seats in M.Sc. in Zoology is 20, and in Physics is 25.
