XBS, a member of XAMI, offers a two-year full time residential MBA with specialization options of Finance, Marketing and HR. Classes are conducted by both in-house experienced professors in the management field as well as guest lectures from industry experts. Xavier Business School offers four specialisation options of Finance, Marketing, Human Resources and Systems & Operations. The most unique thing about their course curricullam is that more emphasis is given on Internal Assessment that continues all throughout the semester through presentations, case study, group discussions, written assignments etc. 60 marks is alloted to internal assessments while 40 marks is alloted to end semester exams. The curriculum is well updated.
