If you are not from Tamil Nadu i.e. your home state is some other state besides Tamil Nadu then you will be counted as open state student and with this rank for the open state student they will not able to grab any of the seat of Coimbatore campus.

And if you are from Tamil Nadu then there is a chance that you can get ECE, ME, CE, CCE, EEE or any other branch and also have a little chance that you can get CSE(S) but not the core CSE in Coimbatore campus.

Placements: About 75% of the students from the course get placed. Mostly IT companies like TCS, Infosys, Amazon, etc., visit the college for placements. The average salary package offered is 5 LPA. Once SPIC and some other chemical industries also visited the college for the department placements. Now companies visit our college for our department placements are very less while compared with the previous years.

Infrastructure: Facilities available in the college are the best. The hostel facility and the quality of food served are below average. There are three canteens, and the ambience of the canteen is good to eat there. Medical facilities and the doctors available are good.

Faculty: The course curriculum is relevant. Teachers in the college are well-qualified and friendly. They make the students highly educated, and students get placed easily in the core department placements.

According to your mentioned marks and previous year trends, your rank might be in the range : 30,000-40,000 (this may or may not be accurate due to varying trends every year). For open state quota previous (2017) closing rank for CSE was 1813. So there aren't much chances according to this. You can try applying for ECE in their Amritapuri/Coimbatore/Bangalore campuses with this rank. Just apply to their counseling process and know the exact cutoff. The previous years cut-offs for Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham University Coimbatore under state quota is 10000 - 22500. Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeeth is a private engineering college. There so many departments are offered. And BTech in CSE one of them. So if you are want join this college then you have to give entrance examination. Like JEE Mains or tamilnadu entrance examination. This college present in Coimbatore.  It is NAAC aggregate grade A college .

Due to result last year CSE cutoff of JEE Mains 7500 for general category candidate and SC category candidate rank 9700. So if you are rank in between this you can get admission there. I'll provide you a link below you can check it for more details about the college

With a score of 116/180 marks in AEEE 2021, you can expect your rank around 14000.

Scholarships in Amrita campuses are based upon merit. Scholarship is given to toppers in AEEE.
The scholarship amount in Amrita university is 25% , 50% and 90% of tuition fees.
To get a scholarship you should have a rank below 1000. In order to get this rank your score should be more than 160 marks.

So it is difficult for you to get a scholarship based upon your AEEE marks. You can still try for other scholarships provided under various categories.
