Hello aspirant,
Sorry to say but according to last some years cot offs you have very less chances of getting admission in the Coimbattoor campus for mechanical engineering. As the Coimbattoor campus of Amrita university is one of the best engineering college of south India so the cut offs for this campus are usually very high.
But as cut offs may vary year to year so you may try for that and also go with the below cut offs link of all AEEE colleges so that you may get clear idea about the cut offs of all branches for all categories.

Best of luck.
Dear Applicant,
Amrita University, Coimbatore only accepts admissions through AEE test like in BITSAT,VITEEE,etc. And thus they do not accept JEE mains score.I am sorry to tell you this. But still do not lose hope you have scored a really good percentile so you can apply in VIT,SRM,etc.as due to COVID19 they have removed VITEEE and SRMJEE.So best of luck and I hope you get into the desired college and this is according to my information till now.So keep in touch with the university they will provide you precise information
Their contact number is+91 (422) 268 5000 So good luck.

Dear Aspirants ,
IF you will join basis of JEE main then you dont need to pay for the college entrance test but if you wants to take admission through amrita college of engineering entrance test then you have to paid entrance test fees .Because mostly college taking admission through two ways like JEE main with their own entrance test but you can go through any of one as per your interest .
Hope it will helpful
thanks
Hello,
It is difficult to predict the seat allotment now because the cut off changes every year and this year the criteria to determine the rank has changed, it depends on 60% marks score in AEEE and 40% marks scored in PCM in class 12. Last year the rank was based on marks score in AEEE. So the previous years cut off cannot be used to predict the chances. You have secured a decent rank so you may have chances of getting seat in CSE, EEE, ECE, Mechanical depending on your category.
hi,
sorry to say your rank is too high for open state quota. as per the previous years cutoff this rank is not enough to get computer science engineering in any of the campuses of amrita visha vidyapitham. however cutoff score changes every year and it depends on some facts like number of applicant, questions difficulty level, students category etc. I would suggest you to also apply for others colleges and entrance test as well to make maximum possibility admission chances of your desired course.
all the best for your future endeavor.

The campus features contemporary infrastructure with modern buildings and well-kept facilities. The library is a great resource, offering a peaceful study environment, though the availability of computers can be an issue. Classrooms are comfortable and technologically advanced, but sometimes technical issues arise.
I am very happy because I got a chance to come to this college because the infrastructure of the collegeis amazing, I became absolutely fond of it.You will not find even the slightest shortage of anything in this college. Labs are available which are fully equipped.Library facilities are available, smart boards are installed everywhere, student indicators are installed and the campus is very clean.
The college is good with good facilities. Seoarate hostels for Girls and boys with big individual mess. Also canteen were there. Our college is having ventilated rooms and seminar halls. Overall the infrastructure is good.
