Yes, you can get a seat in Andhra University because the eligibility for pursuing Mtech under CSE stream atleast 50% in graduation. That is a 2 years program. They have recent ratings. They have nice infrastructure and friendly faculties. But placement records are not that great but they do have a decent record. based on report from university and other news reports, it seems that it is about 3 lakhs for 2 years of MBA in andhra university.

as far as mba is concerned there is no difference in fees based on your rank. if you have cleared all eligibility, then you will get a seat and this is the fees.
