The eligibility criteria for the course are :-
The candidate must pass 10+2 level from a recognised board.
Or the candidate must pass equivalent 10+3 diploma course.

From every aspect VIT and SRM are better than the others. Both these university have great infrastructure . They are more reputed universities with good record in academics. They have well experienced teaching faculties. When there is a comparison between VIT and SRM. The answer would be VIT as they have submitted more research work than SRM. If you are a studios person and competition loving person you should opt for VIT. If you are studious and fun loving person then you should opt for SRM. These two universities have better placement opportunities which includes big MNC's and offer best packages. When it comes to discipline VIT is better than SRM. Fees wise VIT is expensive than SRM. Comparing all of them Andhra University is the best for CSE because it has the best ratings best facilities,it's total fees is Rs 50,000 for 4 years while others have a fees of Rs 8 lakh - Rs 15 lakh for years , the median salary of every college lies between Rs 2.50 lakh-Rs 4.8 lakh per annum and for AU it is Rs 4 lakh per annum so after looking at everything i will say Andhra University is the best .You can compare yourself and see it from the link below

Kusuma, you got good rank. As per your rank there is fair chance to get seat in AU. Rank also depend on category, presence of candidates in exam and reservation criteria, etc.
meanwhile , your rank is good, you need to take part in Counselling. During the counselling, you have to appear for verification of certificate. then you have to submit your choice of college in AU then check the seat allotment and pay the admission fee in order to take admission.

Considering the cut off in 2019 for you have chances of getting seat in A U College of Engineering Vizag, S V U Tirupathi and Sri Padmavathi Mahila Visvavidyalayam Tirupathi in Computer Science Engineering. The cut off in 2019 for General category was 2562, 3097 and 95557 respectively. However, cut off is subjected to change, it may increase or decrease depending on number of candidates qualified, difficulty of exam and number of seats available etc.

It is difficult for you to get a BiPC seat in Andhra University based on your AP EAMCET rank but you can get MPC.
The cut off by rank for the last round of counselling for B Pharmacy (BiPC) for BC-B male goes around 10489.
The cut off for B pharmacy (MPC) for the last round of counselling for BC-B category goes around 64369.
So, if you want you can opt for MPC.

In terms of recreational facilities, the college offers a gym, sports courts, and a student activity center. While the overall infrastructure is excellent, the college could improve its parking facilities, as space can be limited during peak hours.
college has all the infrastructure, facilities and well equipped labs. campus has wifi, smart classrooms, projectors, practical knowledge labs and classrooms. living space is clean and food is hygienic also
