These are the three courses offered by Andhra University in Marine engineering :

M.E. Degree Course (Marine Engg & Mechanical Handling) - 18 Seats
M.Tech (Naval Architecture) Evening Course - 18 Seats
B.E. ( Naval Architecture & Marine Engineering) - 30 Seats

Placement is good and 40-50% students get placed.
Its a good course and you can go for it if you are interested.

According to the previous year's closing cutoff ranks, it is very tough for you to get a seat for B.Tech EEE or ECE in Andhra University College of Engineering, Visakhapatnam . The closing cutoff rank for EEE branch in AU last year was 5688 and for ECE was 3121. But you can these branches in AU like:-

I think you are asking whether you should join Andhra University agricultural course or Andhra University biotechnology course.

I think you should definitely go with Andhra University biotechnology course. Biotechnology is a developing branch with a upward slope graph.

After your under graduation you can pursue post graduation in biotechnology from other some good Indian colleges of even from top foreign colleges. It's trending career option and you should definitely Pro with Andhra University biotechnology course.

But B tech in biotechnology is better than a BSc in biotechnology. BTech is often considered equal to you both a BSc and Msc combined.

Also it will open more career paths for you therefore I would advise you to pursue the biotechnology branch.

In 2019 a candidate belonging to general EWS with rank 103062 secured seat in JNTU, Anatapuramu in Chemical Engineering. And a candidate belonging to general EWS category with rank 42228 secured seat in Chemical Engineering in S V U College of Engineering, Tirupathi. Considering the cut off in 2019 and your rank you have decent chances of getting seat in both the universities but cut off changes depending on number of candidates qualified, difficulty of exam and number of seats available etc.

But this rank is still not enough to get you a seat in JNTU Kakinada or Anantapur. Mechanical branch seats are majorly filled through gate and many a times seats don't remain for pgecet.
