Hello shekhar,
Your category also plays an important role in determining the college and rank.
For getting mechanical in Andhra University
if you are from open category, then there no chances of getting a mechanical seat
If you are from BC category, the chances are quite low as the previous cutoff's are below 4000.You can try your luck.
If you belong to reserved category like sc or st, then you can surely get into AU.
Here's a link for your college prediction which will be very helpful in determining which colleges can you get based on the rank you scored,
hope this helps
good luck.
Hey aspirant,
Andhra University College of Engineering, Visakhapatnam is one of the top engineering colleges in the country, ranked no. 70 by NIRF. It is an autonomous college with good infrastructure, faculty and facilities. Placements are good, with about 85% students getting placed, with the highest offered package of Rs 16 lakhs. Quality of teaching is good and college life is decent too.
Manipal Institute of Technology, Manipal is one of the best engineering institutes in the country, ranked 45 in NIRF 2020. It is also an autonomous institute with a nice campus in the student-friendly town of Manipal. The syllabus is up to date with the latest industry trends and placements are excellent with top global companies like Accenture, Amazon, SAP, Wipro etc. hiring students. Besides, college life is also excellent with great fests and student clubs/societies to join.
I would suggest you to go for MIT, Manipal as this is clearly one of the best engineering institutes you can choose for CSE.
All the best!
Dear Aspirant,
Among the above four, sri ventateshwara university, Andhra university, jntu kakinada university are government universities and vignan university is a deemed to be university where fee structure is very high when compared to government universities. To get seat in government universities you need to get high marks in EAMCET but if you need to join in deemed universities there will be different factors for admission .
I can't say which college is best one because it's your choice to take your decision based on your capabilities and preferences. I can give you pros and cons of the colleges so, that you can choose your college
In Deemed Universities you can get good infrastructure and rare advance courses and placements will be also good.
In government universities you will have same study functionality as state proceeds. but will get better experiences with low fee structure and experienced faculty.
you can refer the below link to see the comparision between the above colleges:
Hope you find the answer.
All the best !

The college also has several well-maintained auditoriums and seminar halls, where guest lectures and events are regularly held. In terms of recreational facilities, the college offers a gym, sports courts, and a student activity center. While the overall infrastructure is excellent, the college could improve its parking facilities, as space can be limited during peak hours.
college has all the infrastructure, facilities and well equipped labs. campus has wifi, smart classrooms, projectors, practical knowledge labs and classrooms. living space is clean and food is hygienic also
College has some better infrastructure facilities like clean and neat campus, good buildings and classrooms etc. Even though the classrooms are yet to be improvised with modern updations like projectors. Campus in not wifi enabled
