According to last year, with 496 marks your all india rank would be around 51000.
As per la st year for BCD category with this marks you have chances to get an A-category medical seat in anyone of the private medical colleges in AP but getting govt.medical seat is little difficult.
The fee structure is same for both(govt. and private A-category) that is Rs. 11576 per annum.
The cut off keeps changing every year based on various factors.
