The locality status purely depends on where you have been staying for long time. But if you are from NCL community you will have the reservation for that case. So there you don't have to worry about your locality status. But however mostly you will be considered non-local in some cases which wouldn't affect as every college has this NCL reservation.

2019 Cutoff for LFAT for OBC category was 172.80 for the first round, but you may still wait for the latter rounds for the cutoff to go down.
But based on current cutoff you do not stand a chance for any main campus AU college for LLB

Your Rank was impressive. Andhra University is the top most university in Andhra Pradesh. As you are from Open category you may get a the College but chances are low. If you are from a reserved category you will have high chances. If you have any other reservation like NCC or sports quota then you will get seat in Andhra University.

Hello, it is difficult get CSE, ECE and IT branches in CBIT or KITS Warangal based on previous years cutoffs and they changes from year to year. You might get no ircuit branches try for them if you have interest.

As you mention your rank ....which is is good enough to get good colleges.. but you cannot get colleges like a you A.U or JNTU with your rank for these colleges you have to rank under 50 .

The college also has several well-maintained auditoriums and seminar halls, where guest lectures and events are regularly held. In terms of recreational facilities, the college offers a gym, sports courts, and a student activity center. While the overall infrastructure is excellent, the college could improve its parking facilities, as space can be limited during peak hours.
