As you mentioned your rank..may you will not able to get JNTUK college .As most of seat filled with GATE examination and and through pgecet only top 50 ranker are selected for these colleges.

Based on this rank and profile it is difficult for you to get a seat in Andhra University, Vishakhapatnam because of expected higher cutoff. However you may get admission in below colleges for MCA:
