Assuming you are from General category the cut off for General or Unreserved Category is 25% of total marks. There is no prescribed cut off for SC/ST candidates. Now coming to your query of getting in M.Pharm in Andhra University through AP PGECET, I am sorry to announce that the previous year cut off rank for Unreserved category was 30. So with your rank of 89 it may not be possible to get college admission. However do not lose hope. Participate in the counselling and see what transpires. Hope this was helpful!

Mtech is an integrated course for 5 years, a good number of opportunities and for m.tech students particularly about civil and also Mtech students are eligible for fewer companies only. The students from Btech in CSE  have more such opportunities as compared to Mtech because CSE is high in demand, currently. Getting placements also depends upon your interpersonal skills other than the academic qualifications.

One of the main differences between aided and unaided colleges is with regard to funds. A college that gets aid from the government is termed as aided college whereas a college that does not get any funds or aid from the government is called as self finance college.

with 40171 rank it is hard to get seat and it depend upon your category whether from reserved or unreserved

According to your rank, you have good chances of getting bvsc seat.

As the cut off for AU region for BCD category:

for farmer is 4426

For non-farmer is 4309

You have chances of getting a government seat.

It is according to previous year cut off's. It may vary.

Coming to your question actually being a non local candidate thought SC reservation is present the chances for you to get into government colleges is very mild....but fonts worry there are a lot of courses which a had a very great scope and those you could take up like degree in live sciences, nutrition , food technology which is the one have a good craz of govt jobs as there are lot more posts to release, biotechnology, pharmaceutical courses... Etc....no only medical there is even a very good scope for non medical subjects too
