But u can't get top branches like cse or ece 

U will get mechanical civil or eee 

Competition for cse is cutthroat so highly unlikely

Your rank is good but it is tough to get a seat in AU for you as the last rank for an SC students is higher than yours.

Your rank is excellent the only thing is your category is not mentioned here so it is difficult to guide you which institute will you get based on the 2018 cut offs. But you may get a seat in Nagarjuna university. Of course you can give a try

yes aspirant you can get  in andhra university for petroleum engineering and branch is apt for your rank and the course in compettive too in the present academic careers of the students too....the university have announced from 2018 that the cutoff for petroleum university is upto 32k ...Hope you got

AU does not specify the ranks for AUEET which is the AU entrance test for a 6 year integrated course. It lists out the qualified student roll nos only. So there is no way of knowing what is the minimum rank required for admissions unless the university announces the same.

sorry to say, for your rank in andhra university you are eligible for only petrochemical engineering or chemical engineering but not with the core branches ...if you are mostly interested only on andhra university they is only one option to you to take LOng term and this time to rank
