This is not my personal experience with that college, but I am sharing with you about the college from what I read. It is nice college, which gives you a friendly and stress free atmosphere. They have good infrastructure, with nice labs etc. Its not the best college, but still it is a decent college. If you are interested in co curricular activity, this college will motivate and encourage you. They offer good placements like wipro, infosys etc. ALL THE BEST. Hope the answer was helpful.

Yes you can!!!
But there are some specific criteria for that.
You should have passed your previous subjects with very good marks And there is a need of vacancy in the branch where you want to get admission.
But sometimes it depends on the institution you are studying in.

So I think it is necessary to confirm by asking in the institution.

In 2019 a candidate with rank 90052 belonging to SC category secured seat in AU College of Engineering, Visakhapatnam in Geo-informatics Engineering. Considering the previous year cut off you have decent chances of getting seat in this institute. However, cut off is subjected to change, it may increase or decrease depending on number of candidates qualified, difficulty of exam and number of seats available etc.

2. The minimum qualifying marks for general category candidates are 45%, for BC category are 42% marks and for SC/ ST category candidates, the qualifying marks are 40%/.

Andhra University is one of the most reputed Institutes of the state and provides innumerable courses to several students with great facilities and infrastructure and minimal fees charged for the same irrespective of the course. Congratulations for a very good result. According to your queiry the cut-off for last year in LLB course in Andhra University, and for girls the acceptable rank was 754 while for male its 144. It would have been helpful if you would have mentioned your category. However, comparing with previous year's cut off by rank your chances seem quite high for admission in CSE in Andhra University.

Last year's cut off for CSE for General Category was 8593 in Andhra University. So, your chances for admission seem really very high.
