Anna University doesn't take admissions through JEE mains. The only gateway to enter Anna University is through TNEA. Online applications are available in the official website. Apply for it. Ace the exam. Attend counselling after satisfying the eligibility criteria. Bag seat of your interest.

The cut off marks are 165.5 for biomedical engineering in SSN College of Engineering.

As your score is pretty low, you might not end up with the branch you desire for in any of the top colleges
