TNEA (Tamil Nadu Engineering Admissions) is a state level admission process administrated by the Anna University. Through TNEA, admission will be given in B.Tech courses offered by various colleges in the state of Tamil Nadu. There will be no entrance exam conducted for providing admission. I'm Sorry that chances of getting a seat in thiyagaraja college by counselling is very less since the cutoffs are very high. Even the community based cutoffs are pretty high and i do hope you have better alternatives on your mind !

Hello rushikesh, you can apply for TNEA as you have not completed the studies in tamil nadu state you need to present the nativity certificate only in online mode either electornic form or digital signed..

Could you please tell the Entrance Examination which you are talking about.Without that it is impossible to tell you if you would get an admission or not.Hope you understood what I meant.And what do you mean by affiliated colleges, please give an example.Thank You.

As per prior year's analysis, the closing rank for ECE branch is 103. The opening marks are 194.75 and the closing marks are 200 for ECE stream which means your marks should be falling in between the mentioned range of opening and closing ranks to get offered a seat from Anna University in the desired branch. Hence, you might not be approached for the counselling.

You need to have minimum of 50% in class 12th in order to get eligible for the exam is you're a general category student for SC/ST the cutoff is 45%.

The admission is given on the basis of your NATA score you need to score more than 80 marks in the exam to get a seat in the college.
