My O/All rank 42214. MBC rank 9725. Can I get seat Anna University Chennai (College Code- 1) in Tamil Civil Eng. Last year rank MBC-19281.

According to previous year cutoff for college code 1 Anna university Chennai and civil in Tamil language, for MBC category was around 26000 so you will definitely get admission in this college and in required branch!
