Last year their cutoff was around 46.2 and this year if they reduce it a bit then you might have a chance.

Congratulations, you scored very well.

But dear don't go on those colleges who offer you for admission on the basis of board result.

State toppers also do preparation for entrance. They study in coaching center after board result and scored good after 1 year of preparation in JEE.
