Technical Education Directorate (DoTE) Tamil Nadu has issued the TNEA 2020 eligibility criteria along with the official notification. Applicants applying for B.E./B.Tech courses offered by 539 participating institutions must meet the TNEA eligibility criteria 2020 as stipulated by DoTE. TNEA 2020 Eligibility Requirements includes factors such as birth, age limit, educational performance etc.

Applicants must have passed HSC (Academic: +1 and +2) or their equivalent with a minimum average percentage (as set out below) in Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry.

You have chances of getting into mit but not anna university since you have some what lower cutoff for you to get into that college though if you got mit you might mot able to get the course which you prefer. Since the cuttoff for the state board students is much higher and previous year students who are waiting for neet exam also might apply for those colleges.
