You scored decent marks in BCM but they are not enough to get admission in Anna University CEG Campus for CSE. Still, you can try for admission in this college up to last counseling round. 

At the same time try applying for admission in other colleges to be on a safer side.

well,in anna university' ceg campus they do not consider the board you come from and usually the cut off for the cse branch from the general quota is not lesser than 197.Hence,state board students always have an edge.

Wheras,if you apply through the industrial quota you have a very good chance of securing the seat.

Or even the Foreign national/NRI quota

Your chance of getting admission in Anna University is quite low,but dont lose hope you still get your college if you walk through the counselling procedure.Be patient enough to hold for the 2nd round of counselling. I expect you to get it by 2nd round.

Hey !

The only way to get admission in anna university is through management quota. But you should go through this way if you are ready to pay a dynamic amohnt of fees for the same course for which students are paying a much lesser fee than you.

As you do not want to give entrsnce test , then yoi have to compromise with the money.

The minimum eligibility criteria for admissions through management quota is minimum 45% in Physics , chemistry and maths at 10+2 level.

And only some students who have outstanding marks on their 10+2 marksheets can get seat in anna university through direct admissions.
