Hello Aspirant, there are a few programs in IITs that admit based on GATE Math scores.

• 1) IIT Bomaby IEOR
• 2) IIT Madras Industrial Mathematics and Scientific Computing
• 3) IIT Kharagpur Computer Science and data processing

You can get good placements and there is no comparision of these courses in IIT's as they are of high standard and have their own importance.

• A candidate must have passed 10+2 or its equivalent from a recognised board or university.
• Candidates belonging to general category, EWS, OBC-NCL must atleast have passed with atleast 60% in qualifying exam and candidates belonging to SC/ST/PWD must have passed with atleast 55% in qualifying exam.

Dear Aspirant,

JEE Mains and advanced are two separate exams for two separate class of colleges. Mains give admission to NITs/GFTIs/STATE COLLEGES. However, for admission in IITs you have to give JEE Advanced and qualify it with good marks to get into IIT of your choice.

You can not get IIT on the basis of Mains marks.

No, hard luck Hareesh. But with 91 percentile in JEE MAINS, it is very difficult to get admission in IIIT Gwalior, and that too in computer science or mechanical branch. As the IIIT GWALIOR closes itsi admission for computer science under 50,000 rank. Best of luck for the future

Thapar University Ranked 20 in Engineering by NIRF Government of India rankings. thapar is the better engineering institute after bits pilani . Thapar Institute of Engineering And Technology ranked as 8th best Engineering Institute in India in the terms of placements. Admissions are on the basis of jee main score. Thapar University is far better than vit as well as Manipal. Thapar is also better then new NITs.
