is HBTI is participating in UPSEE counselling ? and yes it is not in GFTI's list by JoSSA please check and tell

It's not been decided yet. HBTI is in the participating colleges list of both- JEE Main and UPSEE. The final decision is yet to be announced.

Is their any change in government college's cutoffs as HBTI is not taking part in uptu counselling this year?

No, there is no change in the cut off of other government colleges due to HBTU not taking part in UPSEE.

nfrastructure of my college is solid, with a balance between traditional charm and modern facilities. The classrooms are comfortable and equipped with audio-visual aids. Labs in all branches are functional and regularly updated, especially for Chemical and Mechanical Engineering. The library is rich in books and e-resources, supporting both academics and research. Hostels provide a safe environment with Wi-Fi and good food.
