Students who wish to register for counselling must select their choice through UPSEE Portal. UPSEE results might be released during mid-October, after which counselling begins. As per your JEE Main rank which is 65000 you can get admission in HBTI Kanpur but you'll have to compromise with the department, you won't be able to get CSE or IT since the closing rank was 31889 and 37098 CRL respectively for OBC category. Based on your rank you'll be able to get departments like biochemical, Food technology, leather technology im HBTI Kanpur.
