Well, comparing these 2 super good institutes is not that easy...

As per the placements are concerned, the IIIT Allahabad secured 43lpa highest and avg. 20.83lpa pakage...And NSUT has highest 1.25(international)Crore and average package of 7.75lpa, So...

Highest is more in NSUT but it is international pakage, avg. is more in IIIT Allahabad...

So, as per me, in IIIT Allahabad, there are more chances of you getting a good job... while in NSUT, there is no limits of package but it all depends on the potential of the student...

Well, the last year CSAB 2019 cutoff for IT of ST category was as:

Gender neutral: closing rank 103718

Female Only: closing rank 256607

So, as per previous year's statistics, yes you are eligible to get a seat in IIIT Allahabad for IT...

Candidates whose rank will fall under the IIIT Allahabad cutoff range specified by the authorities will be able to participate in the admission process. The admission is through JEE Main result. The cut off may vary according to several factors such a total number of candidates, difficulty  level of exam, categories etc. The cut off for B.Tech information technology for the year 2019 for ST category students was1086 and for the year 2018 was 1536. With your rank, chances are less, but go for it in special rounds where it has been seen that if seats are empty students with even 1lakh rank get admission(last year student with 1lakh4thousand rank got admission their)

By looking at past years cutoff there is a possibility that you can get admission in IIIT Allahabad in 2020 because the closing rank lies around 4000-4100 and in special rounds it has even gone to 18,000 if you are a female then your admission in 2020 is 100% guaranteed as the rank has gone to 9000 till now but if you are a male then you might need to wait as by round 5 it has gone only till 3661 right now wait till round 6 if you still don't get admission then you can try special round .You can check yourself in the link provided
