see the cutoff score changes every year and it depends on some of the factors like number of candidates appearing in the exam, questions difficulty level, seat matrix, students category etc. however we still do not have the information of last years general pwd closing ranks. however as per the previous years cutoff analysis, you have decent chances in ece or IT stream in IIIT alahabad and cse in iiit gwalior.

For ST students, The Govt of India provides a scholarship, and you can corroborate with your state govt too for any scholarships. IIIT-A also gives scholarships to ST students. For SC/ST students, you only get any scholarship if your family income is less than 2lakhs per annum. This is given by the college itself. Amount reimbursable is Full Fee + Maintenance Charges = 1200/- p.m. x 10 months.

There is less chances of yours getting IIIT allahabad dual degree as you have less marks in GATE. though you can apply for other Colleges too.

IIIT Allahabad is one of the reputed college in India especially for Engineering fields, considering for a MBA program, it would be a mediocre choice. There isn't a strong alumni base of IIIT Allahabad MBA program. Academics would be fine as their must be reputed professors teaching management programs. Previous years it had a 55% placement record and average package being 8 lakhs per annum. If you work hard then you might get a good placement. The 2 year program is very cost efficient at IIIT- Allahabad, that is a good factor.

NIT Allahabad as well as IIIT Allahabad, both are national level premier institutions for B.Tech and other courses.

Both are best at it's own tier means NIT Allahabad is one of the best institutions among all NITs and IIIT Allahabad is also one of the best IIIT among all the IIITs.

Performance is almost equal like placement statistics are almost same for both the institutions and faculties are also well qualified.

But if you want to go with name and fame of college than you should go for NIT instead of IIIT because NITs are at higher position in comparison to IIITs.
