As you have scored 459 marks in gate 2019 in computer science engineering, there is very less chance that you can get seat in IIIT ALLAHABAD and IIIT BANGALORE as the gate cutoff for both the colleges for obc category is above 600 marks.

JEE Main cut off for IIIT was declared in 6 rounds and it was in the form of opening rank and closing rank. so the opening rank for IIT allahbad in it is 1053 and the closing rank for iit allahbad for IT was 3752
