iiit does have higher fees than other top colleges. but unfortunately they dont give any fees waiver in whatever case you are in. so you cant get a fees waiver even if you have low income.

but there are various bank loans with less interest which the college might help you with details. or else, you can get some govt scholarships based on low income category.

NIT puducherry in terms of placements is good in mechanical branch almost 90% students placed.The highest package is 17LPA while the average package is 6LPA.Many companies visit this campus for placements  like IBM, Samsung, Tech Mahindra, L&T, Tata, Snapdeal and Infotech.IIIT dharwad is not so good in terms of CSE placement as placement percentage is 60%.Take decision wisely based on your interest because interest matters the most.You can use the below tool for college comparison

The following points give IIT Tirupati an edge over IIT Dharwad :

1. You'll have two batches of senior students to guide you here, compared to one batch in Dharwad
2. The government of Andhra Pradesh is taking initiatives to turn Tirupati into an educational hub. We've IIIT Tirupati and IISER Tirupati in close vicinity. This will provide you better exposure.
3. I don't know about the rules in IIT Dharwad but in IIT Tirupati, we've very lenient branch change rules. You can upgrade your branch after 1st semester itself!!
4. The transit campus of IIT Tirupati is coming up very fast and is expected to be operational by December 2017. IITT will be the first 3rd gen IIT to move there.
5. The closing rank of IIT Tirupati is lowest among all third gen IITs. This implies that you'll have a better class of peers.

Extra point : As far as the city is concerned, Tirupati is a great place to be in. It's a famous pilgrimage spot and very clean city (7th ranked, to be precise, according to recent survey)

I was in doubt last year, just like you. I had a huge temptation to choose IIT Goa CSE (for obvious reasons). But I chose IITT CSE, and I wasn't disappointed.

IIIT Dharwad is a fairly new college and has been been established in 2015. It had been functioning off of a transit campus in an IT park in Hubli. However it has shifted to its brand new campus as of October 2020.

in regards to its faculty, they have a good panel of faculty who are well versed with their subjects and help students in all their academic needs.

On grounds of placement, as the institution is new they are still building and establishing their placement cell, however placements are quite good and the package salary offered to students is good too.

IIIT Dharwad will teach you more because it has more courses compared to IIIT Pune and both are rated equally good for faculty,placements and campus ,IIIT Dhawrad CSE fees if 6.30 lakh for 4 years whereas IIIT Pune ECE has 5.50 lakh for 4 years, IIIT Dharwad infrastructure is way better than IIIT Pune but it is said that food of IIIT Dharwad is not that good for both the  IIIT's the average placement lies around 5 lakh per annum and the highest for Pune was around 9 Lakhs per annum for a CSE student in B.Tech . Computer Science and Engineering Branch Students dont face competition from students of Institutes with Higher Rankings, they face greater competition from students with higher Skills and IQ at national level in fields if Software ,Analytics, ML and AI.

My suggestion would be join Osmania or JNTUH Hyderabad CSE since they are more established in technology and being near Hyderabad itself is an added benefit for a CSE or IT Student, and culture your skills from you fresher year itself. Learn Machine Learning and Algorithms, try to bag good internships right from the end of second year besides keeping a good GPA, and no wonder you will be on track becoming one of the best in field.

FAC is private college of Nagaland and known as the oldest college now affiliated with Nagaland University. There is transport facility from the college's i.e., the bus facility. The hostels are pretty good and different for the field you choose and also with a health center in the college.

The college also has facilities for special courses such as NCC, NSS and red ribbon cell. As you know it is degree college so the placement offers aren't there but the curriculum and infrastructure of the college is good. The faculty helps you out in every way and moulds you as good student.
