Dayanand Sagar is 'AAAA' rated institute which is very good whereas IIIT Dharwad is 'AAA+' is good category institute but IIIT Dharwad is Institute of national importance and in a PPP mode institute. If you have a requisite jee main score then you should go for IIIT Dharwad,

It is better to join iiit for everyone in terms of placement because it is one of the top colleges of India and the other thing is that it's placement record is very good.so I think that you have to go for iiit.
