I am afraid to say that JEE Advance has not been conducted yet, so commenting on expected rank, cut off, college, and branch would be roughly unfair. Every year, based on difficulty level, it all varies.

But to answer your curiosity,

If you score 130 in JEE Advanced, your rank will be approximately 10000. So, with this rank there is less chance of getting good IITs. You may get lower branches in some New IITs. Better not to think about marks and prepare well. You need to score at least 150
