If you are willing to take admission in  one of the top college of India such as IIT then admission criteria is your 12th marks and JEE mains+JEE advanced percentile. You have to appear for JEE mains exams. Now, if you under SC category then your 12th marks

As per your score and previous year cutoff, the colleges you get in first round are:-

National Institute of Technology Rourkela Biomedical Engineering

National Institute of Technology Delhi Electronics and Communication Engineering

Going by previous year trends, IIT Indore usually accepts students into the mechanical engineering course who have a GATE score of 700 and above. So you may not get a seat here. But since cut off trends may vary and your score isn't too far behind you have
