Academics
Academics are research-driven and among the best in India, particularly in CSE and ECE. The curriculum is rigorous and flexible, with a strong focus on coding, innovation, and real-world problem-solving. Faculty are highly qualified, approachable, and research-oriented. Students can take part in open-ended projects from the first year itself.
College Infra
IIIT Hyderabad has a modern, urban campus with compact yet efficient infrastructure. Classrooms are equipped with smart teaching tools and comfortable seating. Labs are cutting-edge, especially in AI, robotics, and data science. The library is well-stocked with physical and digital resources. Hostels, sports grounds, and common areas are well-maintained.
Campus Life
Campus life at IIIT-H is academically intense but also fulfilling. Students participate in clubs, coding contests, cultural events, and fests like Felicity. The peer group is highly talented and competitive. The atmosphere fosters independence, innovation, and self-learning. Hostel life and late-night coding culture are memorable parts of the experience.
Placements

B.Tech Computer Science and Engineering - Batch of 2020-01-01
Academics
The faculty were very experienced and very friendly with all students; they taught us in a unique way so we could easily catch it. They are highly qualified to teach us. My course is curriculum relevant and they make us ready to the current industry. For each semester, there are mid-semester, end-semester, quizzes, and lots of assignments will be given. We have to study hard to pass the semester Each semester will include a midterm and an endterm, as well as quizzes and numerous assignments. The pass percentage is 50 percent.
College Infra
The infrastructure is pretty good. They have good classrooms and really good facilities at the lab. The college has a great research culture, with a huge chunk of money being invested in research labs. The Wi-Fi facilities are not that good, and the network is not that good. Also, all classrooms are not air-conditioned. The hostels are also pretty good. But there's one issue with hostels, which is drinking water. It has happened many times that drinkable water is not available on many floors. Also, the lift does not work properly and gets stuck many times.
Placements
100% of students were placed. The highest package is 70 crores, the lowest is 10 crores, the average is 30 crores, and international offers were also given. Apple, Google, Traceable AI, Rubrik, Oracle, Goldman Sachs, etc. and many more startups like sprinklr, plivo, come here for placements. 60% is the internship rate. Software developer, product Engineer, Data scientist are the top roles offered.

MS Computer Science and Engineering - Batch of 2020-01-01
Academics
The teachers were helpful, qualified and knowledgeable. The teaching quality was mind blowing as they were experienced professor. This course curriculum is relevant and it make the students industry ready. The semester exams in this college is average.
College Infra
The infrastructure is amazing. We have spacious classrooms. Laboratory is well-maintained. Sports facilities are also good. LAN is also provided in every classroom. It provides a good library. Our campus is Wi-Fi-enabled. Canteen facility is also good.
Placements
Placements were excellent. The more job offers received by the students from TCS, Tech Mahindra, Infosys, Wipro. They give the pre placement training that helps to get the job easily and take the highest package and enjoy the life.
