JNTUA Anantapur Facilities
JNTUA provides a variety of facilities and infrastructure to its students. Jamia Hamdard University facilities include separate hostels for boys and girls, a library with a wide collection of books, magazines, journals, newspapers and e-journals. JNTUA facilities also include indoor and outdoor sports grounds for the students and a cafeteria that serves snacks to its students.

The institute also has a well-equipped auditorium which is used for a variety of guest lectures and speaker sessions. The campus has a healthcare centre with first aid facilities for emergency purposes. The university also has good Wi-Fi connectivity and it offers a variety of laboratories for the practical learning purposes of the students. The list of JNTUA facilities are given below:
- Boys Hostel
The university provides separate hostels for boys. The hostels ensure comfortable living of the students and provide students all the modern amenities such as well-equipped rooms, recreational rooms with television etc. The hostel is covered with CCTV cameras for the security purposes of the students.
- Girls Hostel
The hostels ensure that students have a comfortable living environment by providing modern amenities such as well-equipped rooms, recreational rooms with television, and so on. For the safety concerns of the students, the hostel is equipped with CCTV cameras. 24*7 security is also provided by security guards stationed at the entrance of the hostel.
- Medical/Hospital
The campus has a healthcare centre that provides first aid for the emergency purposes of teachers and students.
- Library
The library of the institute has a wide collection of books, magazines, national and international journals. The library has over 85790 items, which include books, back issues of technical national and international magazines, technical brochures, standards, CD-ROMs, and video cassettes, among other things. The KOHA library application software was used to establish a database of all library acquisitions. The e-journals available in the library are- IEEE, Springer, ASCE, ASME and Elsevier.
- Sports
The campus has a sportsground for playing a variety of outdoor sports and games. The institute also has an indoor games room for playing table tennis, carrom, chess etc.
- I.T Infrastructure
The university has good Wi-Fi connectivity and the computer lab is well-equipped with a variety of computer systems having the latest hardware and software for the practical learning purposes of the students.
- Cafeteria
The institute has a well-equipped canteen which serves delicious food to its students at subsidised rates.
- Auditorium
The institute has a well-equipped auditorium which is used for a variety of guest lectures and speaker sessions. The auditorium is also used to host a variety of cultural activities.
- Alumni Associations
The JNTUA Alumni Association exists to help keep alumni in touch with their alumni mater, with each other, and to foster support for the University. To promote and further the best interests of the University. To promote goodwill amongst graduates and staff of the University, persons associated with the University and friends of the University and To inform them about activities at the University and matters which promote goodwill.

The MBA classrooms are very congested as there is no sufficient place to all classes .The washrooms are really bad and there is no proper ventilation in some classes. otherwise everything is good outside the department the campus infrastructure is really good.

If by SV University you mean Sri Venkateswara University (SVU), Tirupati, and you're comparing it with JNTUA College of Engineering, Anantapur, then for B.Tech CSE campus placements, I would give a slight edge to JNTUA.
The difference isn't enormous, though. SVU actually has a slightly higher reported B.Tech

With a rank of 17,600 in AP EAPCET inder the BC-D category, getting CSE in AUCE,JNTUK or JNTUA is quite unlikely,as their closing rank for B-CD usually ranges below 6,000 - 10,000. However, you have a good chance of getting CSE at SRM University
