Hi candidate! I prefer you to choose sastra college. Sastra college is much better than jntu in almost every aspect. The standards of sastra college is much better than jntu college.
Not only academics, but infrastructure, faculties, placement,culture, educational opportunities are good in sastra.

As the closing rank for bc d category for mba is around 600 and mca is around 1800

Chances of getting into JNTU, Karnataka is dim. As the college ask for the rank under 100. However, You can target some good colleges at your rank for MCA. Some of the good colleges you can target are -
