Yes, you may get a seat in JNTU College of Engineering, Hyderabad on 106 marks. On this marks your rank will be somewhere around 1000-1500 and the closing rank for OC category last year for JNTU was around 2700 for MBA and 3300 for MCA. So, there are good chances that you might get a seat in JNTU.

As per the last year mark statement JNTU 

For engineering in JNTU minimum is 656,management 156,for IT 579 

It seems to be difficult for you to got seat in JNTU

There also some reputed colleges please go for them.

Last year the closing rank for ICET for JNTU school of management for SC Boys was 1046 , so i think you have a fair chance to get admission here.

As I can see you have got 343 rank on ecet from EEE branch. And you belong to OC category then you will have good chances to get seat in JNTUV. I am not 100% sure. Wait to come the official cutoff for this. But as per my knowledge and your rank in OC category, you can get seat there.

Your rank is a very decent rank. With this rank you can easily get a seat in JNTU Ananthapuram and Kalikiri.

Between these two colleges you can choose the college which gives you more locality advantage. Also you can check other branches.
