Your have got a good EAMCET rank. The final Admission to any College or University depends on EAMCET rank as well as Category. If you are from SC/ST category then you will definitely get seat in JNTUK. If you are from Open category then you will have low chances

Schedule cast:9127

you can check the last year AP PGECET cut off rank according to the categories & branches. From the given table, a candidate can get an idea about how the cut off will be this year.

With your marks you may get rank around 25 k. 

Cut off rank for JNTU kalikiri for ece is 20 k

Cut off rank for JNTU pulivendra is around 6 k

So there are average chances to get a seat in jntu kalikiri, because cut off ranks changes
