Hello aspirant,
See predicting on the basis of your rank secured in AP EAMCET 2020 seems to be a bit difficult whether you will get a seat in JNTUK or AU colleges in the IT branch as the cutoff varies from year to year categorically and as well as from college to college. Anyways, be patient and wait for the official cutoff results. Though as per the category, you have secured a considerable rank so need to be worried. According to your rank, you will get a seat in the college.
Hope, this answer helps you.
JNTU Kakinda is one of the best technical universities in South India with excellent infrastructure, faculty and research facilities. JNTU Kakinada has a very strong curriculum and provides effective engineering education than Andhra University. Secondly JNTUK has an excellent tradition of students preparing for GATE/GRE and moving on to pursue Masters or Doctoral degree from some of the Top Technical Institutes abroad or in India like Top IITs and IISc Bangalore. This tells you about the good campus culture and peer environment in the University.

This is based on cut off for general category since you haven't mentioned your category we assume that you belong to general category. The cut off in 2019 was 4601 to get seat in Computer Science Engineering in GVPCE.
JNTU, Kakinada doesn't offer Information Technology. So you can consider seeking admission in GVPCE. But cut off changes every year depending on the number of candidates qualified, difficulty of exam and number of seats available etc.
