You have not mentioned your category assuming that you belong to general category the cut off in 2019 to get admission in JNTU, Kakinada in Mechanical engineering was 5218. Considering the previous year cut off you do

the admissions in the state funded universities is done through state exam AP EAMCET and not the JEE ADVANCED . if not attempted the AP EAMCET , which is done this year . so , better luck this time.

You can also put svu, JNTU Ananthapur as backup options for cse.These are also good government Colleges in Andhra Pradesh.
