JNTU, Kakinada does not offer Marine Engineering but it offers Mechanical Engineering. You have not mentioned your category assuming that you belong to general category the cut off in 2019 to get admission in JNTU, Kakinada in Mechanical engineering was 5218. the admissions in the state funded universities is done through state exam AP EAMCET and not the JEE ADVANCED . if not attempted the AP EAMCET , which is done this year . so , better luck this time.
