You have not mentioned your category. Cut off rank depends on the category and it varies from college to another. The cut off rank will be declared after the seat allotment so it is difficult to predict the cut off rank for AP EAMCET counselling 2020.Here is the cut off in 2019 for admission into Mechanical Engineering in JNTU, Kakinada category wise
Cut off may slightly increase or decrease depending on number of candidates qualified, difficulty of exam and number of seats available etc.

In 2019 the cut off was as follows for BC-D category to get seat in Mechanical Engineering

Hello MOPURI NIKHITHA REDDY , From some research on internet I found that Yes it is better to take Civil in NIT Rourkela rather than CSE in JNTU Kakinada because NIT is better in all terms like placement, infrastructure and all. Only the problem is fees because NITs fees is about to double from the fees of JNTU Kakinada.
