Andhra university have decent overall ratings. They have good placement records as well as consistent placement record, average placement record is around 70%. Highest package offered is 30Lakhs per annum, lowest package offered is 3Lakhs per annum and average package offered is 8-12Lakhs per annum. Top recruiting companies are Google, TCS, Byju's, etc. They have best infrastructure and faculties are highly qualified.

JNTU University have overall decent ratings. They have good placement records but not consistent, average placement record is around 60%. Highest package offered is 10Lakhs per annum, lowest package offered is 2.5Lakhs per annum and average package offered is 3.5-4Lakhs per annum. Top recruiting companies TCS, Infosys, etc. They have good infrastructure and they have good teaching faculties.

Overall ratings is better for Andhra University.

In my opinion, you should go for Andhra University for B.Tech IT. This is because the placement scenario is good at Andhra University as compared to JNTUK. The NIRF ranking of Andhra University is 69 and the academics is very good in this college. The faculty is experienced and provide you industrial exposure to get you job ready. The infrastructure is also good. The area of the campus is bigger than JNTUK. All necessary facilities and the equipment is good we have digital classrooms, laboratories, sports centers and well facilitated hostels and all of them are well maintained and the living spaces are clean and food is hygienic.

Coming to the placement scenario, the average package would be Rs 3-6.40 lakhs. Highest package can be Rs 12LPA and above.

Among these two colleges JNTU kakinada is best for pursuing B.tech in CSE as the Companies like Microsoft, Amazon, Flipkart, Infosys, TCS and Accenture are regular recruiters at JNTU K CSE.

It has good infrastructure and teaching facilities.

Overall it is a good college for CSE.

Going by last year's cutoffs, you have pretty good chances to get Civil Engineering in Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University College of Engineering Kakinada and Andhra University with 5883 rank in AP eamcet. Going by last year's cutoffs, 7585 was the last rank to get Civil Engineering in JNTU Kakinada. And 7533 was the last year's cutoff for Civil engineering in Andhra University College of Engineering. JNTU Kakinada Chemical Engineering have overall decent ratings. Placement records are good but inconsistent. Highest package offered is 10Lakhs per annum, lowest package offered is 1.6Lakh per annum and average package offered is 3.6Lakhs per annum. Top recruiters are NFCL, Coromandel. They have good infrastructure and good faculties.

RVR and JC have overall better ratings than JNTU Kakinada. They have good and consistent placement record for CSE and ECE department, average placement record is around 80%. Highest package offered is 15Lakhs per annum, lowest package offered is 3Lakhs per annum and average package offered is around 6Lakhs per annum. Top recruiting companies are TCS, Techno Vert, Capgemini, TCS etc. They have good infrastructure as well as good teaching faculties.

From my perspective RVR and JC is better. If you are interested in coding then go with CSE or else go with ECE. Decision should be made based on your field of interest.

According to your question and taking into consideration your jee mains rank and you also belong to ews category.

I would recommend you to go for csab as nit Nagaland is not good with placements. if you have filled your choices wisely then you can also get some other higher nits but the options which you have given for the question and if i had to choose ,i would surely choose pondicherry engineering college for cse and it has a wider scope and you can explore yourself quite nicely.
