Now, see, your rank in ap ecet us quite good. One has to be with around less than 500 rank to get a good government seat. With your 130 rank you may get a government seat easily. You may go for the private colleges also.

Andhra Pradesh Post-graduate Engineering Common Entrance Test(AP PGECET) is conducted by Andhra University, Visakhapatnam on behalf of APSCHE for admission to ME/ M.Tech/ M.Pharm programs. 

According to previous year cutoff you must get admission in jntua or jntuk. Just wait for this year cutoffs and hope for the best.

As you know MTech is a gateway to research  and specialization. So the faculty and infrastructure plays a vital role. So I will prefer JNTU kakinad over Anantpur because infrastructurally they have almost the same facility but in terms of active participation in research among the faculties is more in kakinad. This feature at kakinad will help you to have a knowledge in the recent research and finding in the field of Biotechnology.

I would like to suggest you that you should also do a research by yourself about both the colleges and then to come to a conclusion.

Jntuk is one of the reputed college for engineering. Both the branches are good at present.

CSE has more scope when joined in IIT and NIT because more bigger companies will come to recruit you with high package. EEE also have lot of oppurtunites but less than CSE when compared.

The highest package for CSE can be upto 10 lakh per annum and varies accordingly as it depends kn candidates skills. The highest package for EEE may be ranging upto 8 to 9 lakh per annum.

Still you have chances to get into jntuk aa cutoffs tend to change every year

You can get into other top colleges like Sri Venkateswara University,jntu Ananthapur based on your rank
