Now, look, Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Kakinada is a public university,situated in Kakinada, East Godavari district, north of the Indian state of Andhra Pradesh. It is one of the India's leading universities focusing on engineering.

So, cut off rank for this college is also so high. One should be with around  4k to 5k rank to get a good seat in jntu kakinada. For eee, upto 6.5k rank is acceptable. So, you have enough chances to get a good seat here.

Comparing all of them Andhra University is the best for CSE because it has the best ratings best facilities,it's total fees is Rs 50,000 for 4 years while others have a fees of Rs 8 lakh - Rs 15 lakh for years , the median salary of every college lies between Rs 2.50 lakh-Rs 4.8 lakh per annum and for AU it is Rs 4 lakh per annum so after looking at everything i will say Andhra University is the best .You can compare yourself and see it from the link below

I am sorry to say that you will not be able to fetch a seat in JNTU Kakinada. Your rank is way higher for OC girls category and with this rank getting a seat in any stream in JNTUK is very difficult.
First of all seats did not remain in JNTUK in almost all the branches. And whatever remained were few in number and thier cutoff rank were very less under 100.
You can try your chances in other colleges.

As per my research, Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Kakinada is better for CSE. It has been graded B+ by NAAC and about 24 courses has been offering in BE/B.Tech by this college. All the facilities are good. And talking about placement median salary offered in BE/B.Tech is 4 lakhs.

Last year the closing rank for Structural Engineering in JNTU Kakinada for ST category boys was 77. Your rank is way higher than the closing rank.

These are all top colleges and core branch such as mechanical, the cutoff is really high. In Andhra University College of engineering seats did not remain for pgecet candidates in your desired branch. For JNTU Kakinada also your rank is way higher even with category advantage.

I am sorry to say you will not be able to get a seat in any of the above mentioned colleges with your desired branch with your rank.
