According to the previous year's closing cutoff ranks, it is very tough for you to get a seat for B.Tech EEE or ECE in Andhra University College of Engineering, Visakhapatnam . The closing cutoff rank for EEE branch in AU last year was 5688 and for ECE was 3121. But you can these branches in AU like:-

But this rank is still not enough to get you a seat in JNTU Kakinada or Anantapur. Mechanical branch seats are majorly filled through gate and many a times seats don't remain for pgecet.
But cutoffs vary every year depending on the seats filled through gate and number student applying for the same branch.

Congratulations for getting a good rank in ap pgecet. But this rank is still not good enough to fetch you a seat in JNTU Kakinada as there were no seats remaining for BC_D girls last year.
You can expect a seat in electrical branch in JNTU Anantapur. But the cutoffs vary every year. Cutoff depends on the number of candidates participating and the seat remaining for pgecet.

As you have not mentioned any category so I am assuming it to be general . Now if go with your rank in AU then I see there are bit less possibilities of getting admission . However this is just a prediction. Everything depends upon cutoffs and other such factors like seat intake, students applying for the same course ,category etc. Moreover if I consider for JNTUK then you have good chances of grabbing a seat . The cutoff goes up to 250 also. So you can easily have a seat there.

Well these are just prediction. But for clearance you should go for counselling.

Firstly congrats that you have secured such good rank. JNTU Kakinda takes admission for post graduate biotechnology program from GATE scores and AP PGCET Scores. Firstly they consider GATE qualifying candidates and then they select on the basis of merit ranks.Only few seats are available for AP PGCET candidates. According to your rank ,you have pretty good chances of getting a seat at JNTU Kakinda in biotechnology. But the seats are limited i.e approx 20 . So your further admission will be decided on factors like how many candidates are applying for the course , seats intake , ranks and previous year trends. But don't worry go for counselling and you will get clearance.

It is difficult for you to get JNTU Kakinada with this rank in pgecet even in girls quota. Cutoffs for ECE. Are very low around 500 as majority seats are filled through gate exam and the remaining seats are very less and many a times zero.
